Why does this country allow untrained and unqualified people to cut older person toenails? My business is being severely affected by this free or £10 per cut service and I am disgusted that this has been allowed to done and supported by SOCAP to which I belong. It undermines our profession and income, anyone can cut toenails but not everyone can be a Podiatrist
