Bilateral Numbness in toes after drug use?

So last weekend I tried Laughing gas (N2O) for the first time as recreational drug use (I ended up hating it and its made me question trying any other drugs) but the reason I’m here is shortly after and since then, I’ve been feeling numbness in the tips of both my big toes.
