Hi , It is very sad to have little faith in my doc and have to post on a message board.With that said I have an appointment with an ortho in 2 days so this madness will end soon…Six monthes ago I hurt my ankle very bad, I waddled my leg about for 3 weeks finally to see the doctor and sent for an x-ray..X-ray said periosteal reaction along the cortex and lateral malleolus..post tramatic reaction.. I was dismissed and left to walk for 6 monthes and the pain is constant with an ache that goes numb after standing for long periods..I am not in any way trained in the medical field
