So I was cleaning up today when one of those massive yankee candles my mum has fell off and hit me on the foot, the pain was immense but after 5 mins of ice i could get up and walk on it, ok it still hurt but not so that i couldn’t walk. Anyway now is about an hour later and its so swollen and the bruising is starting to come out and obviously its really red and sore over the area 4th and 5th met
