My wife met an accident on 14th Jan 2012, and got her right leg greater toe broken (was just hanging with skin)proximal phalanx was cut and dislocated, initially as an accident case the medical staff put on the stitches with out any orthopedic observation. The next day she was shifted to Ortho for surgery, Dr. inserted a singly pin from top of her thumb and gave support from bottom for 6 weeks.
