Hello Group, I’d love some advice regarding my situation. Background: I’m a USA-based competitive ultramarathon runner (former national 24 hour champion), 47 years old, ultras for 27 years, this is my second injury (first significant one). I weigh 134 pounds, rearfoot strike, run ~70 mpw, do some crosstraining, weights, and core work.
