I have woke up this morning to find one foot to be itchy, red, swollen and painful, especially when walked on. Although I’ve only had it since this morning, it has happened in the past and seems to disappear within a couple of hours upto 48 hours. It might only happen about 4 or 5 times a year but I’m still concerned as it is a re-occurring thing and think I need an answer as to its cause and a possible solution as it makes it difficult to walk anywhere
