Hi i am hoping somone can help. My mother has been to our gp with a reoccuring problem with a lunp appearing on her inside heel but no joy with finding the cause. This lump appears during or after excercise and is extremely painful, this will gradually get better to manage the pain and the lump will disappear after around 4 days.
