"Pincer" Nails Treatment

I have had surgery on both of my big toes for ingrown toenail surgery. According to my podiatrist, I have “pincer” nails that are causing the ingrown nails-that is, my nails grow inward on both sides and dig into the skin. Last week, the nail on the third toe of my right foot began bothering me-inflamed, red, pain-on both sides of the nail
