Hey guys Been a while since I last jumped on…it’s been over a year now since my gnarly 5th metatarsal break in my left foot (broke it june 26 2011)…lately, my foot has had some serious flareups in terms of pain. Pain over the area when rubbed, wearing sneakers (not el-cheapo ones, nike shox!) and also still some numbness. I am extremely surprised at the fact that there was no surgury performed to fix my break (complete displaced spiral fracture)
