Sever pain on the outer part of my left foot

I’m a healthy person with a history of multiple ankle injuries..the hole thing started from 8 years I fell on my ankle when I went to the doctor he said that I have osteogonum and the treatment was osteoscopy to the area..After that the foot strayed getting worse and worse..until now. And exactly before 2 months from now..I can’t press on it well..especially from the outer and the last 2 small toes..I can’t walk..and when I tried to press it down it hurts like crazy. Pls help
