i have had this in the past but it went away i have a hard time and have a 14 wide size and i do construction impossible to find work boots that feel good but i also my right big toe is moving to the right for a long time and not normal so very painful all the time the boots i am wearing now is not the best but i had no choice because no options for my size i dont have insurance but the swelling does not go away feels like a lump something under my skin but i still have to work very painful what is some advise with my situation on what to do
