Bilateral foot pain

I see there is a previous post about this same subject, but I still wanted to see if there was anymore info out there. My son is 2 years 4 months and for the past 5 months or so, he wakes up in the middle of the night crying complaining of bilateral foot pain. The incidents are sporadic and cannot be correlated with diet, or activity etc.
