Toe Walking

by admin on February 6, 2012

Toe walking is a reasonable common problem in kids. Most of the time it is of no great significance and the child will grow out of it. However the presence of toe walking needs to be taken seriously as  on some occasions the toe walking can be due to an underlying behavioral or neurological problem that needs to be further investigated. If the child can get the heel to the ground and there is no underlying problems, then just following the child to monitor them is all that is warranted.
