Toenail infected?

I have fungus and both of my big toes and both toenails are falling off, now theirs greenish liquid also clear liquid that comes out of my left big toe, its been like this for a month now, so i started soaking my feet in vinegar, salt and hot water! Are my toes going to cure? Please help
