Hi all, Treated a pt today, routine nail cutting, and she reported a corn on side of 5th toe. Looked like a corn on first view but then noticed it was a little yellowy/brown. So gently removed the top layer (a tad soft for a corn) and underneath revealed a very small area (size of a pinhead) of tissue breakdown.
