Joules (J) of elastic energy in sprinters

Hi guys, I just have a query regarding the amount of joules (J) of elastic energy that “could be potentially” stored in both the Achilles tendon & the arch of the foot?. Here is a quote I took from the book: Biomechanical Basis of Human Movement, 3rd Edition. It states that both the Achilles tendon & the arch of the foot store around 54 joules (J) of elastic energy.
