Have a patient who has had pins and needles and joint pain in MPJ?S and heel pain in both feet,this came on very fast while walking There is no trama Other wise patient is in good health and is 55 years old , The biomechanics of the feet are fine , pulses are good Blood tests for diabetes , b12 and bones have come back fine They is a sight reduction in kidney function Patient has been put on pregabalin which has helped the nerve pain, Never came across this before Can any one help… Pin And Needles , Joint Pain Rapid Onset Continue reading
