Medial pain, still can’t squat 14 months after sprain?
14 months ago I whilst doing gymnastics I landed awkwardly between tumbles( a round off and full twisting somersault) My right ankle rolled over into inversion as I pushed down and Twisted to the right. Splinter like pain on left side of left foot
Recently developed a pain on the left side of my left foot and thought it was caused by a splinter in my sock, Changed sock and severeal days later the same problem.
