Flat foot
ii was told by my GP after i went to see her about my foot pain i had flat feet, i already knew this though because i was told that about 5 years ago and went through the hassle of being referred to different people and having insoles given, although i still don’t have proper arches and my feet still hurt, i was basically told then because of my age there wasn’t much they could do. Medial pain, still can’t squat 14 months after sprain?
14 months ago I whilst doing gymnastics I landed awkwardly between tumbles( a round off and full twisting somersault) My right ankle rolled over into inversion as I pushed down and Twisted to the right.
