Heel pain
I have had a lifetime of forefoot problems but now have suddenly developed heel pain. First thing you think off is plantar fasciitis but I am not sure it is that as my symptoms do not fit particularly with the characteristics of that. It started suddenly at 9pm one night, seems to be there in varying degrees all the time, even if I am not weightbearing, and the first step I take on it after getting up isn’t the worst, it takes 3 or 4 steps before it really hurts.
