Does anyone have any advice for me please, I had neuroma excisions on both feet one week ago today, although I am yet to feel any pain due to the “special shoes” I have to wear, I am getting sporadic feelings of what I can only describe as hot flushes in my legs when at the same time my feet feel the opposite, I am following the resting advice to the extreme so as not to get into any difficulties, but for how long am I supposed to be resting so much? My GP has signed me off work for another 6 weeks with an assessment for returning to work to follow
