Dear Doc, I had a fall a month ago and landed directly on my foot, my right foot suffered multiple fractures in the mid shaft of 3,4 metatarsal and comminution in 2nd. I have taken advice from 4 docs and only one advising a surgery if I wanted otherwise only to take rest in a Plaster.
