hi there i broke my 5th metatarsal 5 week ago had a cast on it for 4 weeks and have it off a week now but it showed in the xray at week 4 that it hasnt really healed yet and the doc told me to put a light amount of weight on my foot for next 3 weeks.. there is no pain when i walk on it but would i be better keeping my foot bandage up?(i dont have it bandage at the min) and off the ground?
