5th metatarsal pain

Hi, I’m trying to get some advice on what I should do for a foot ailment. I just looked at a foot diagram, and on my left foot, just around the tip (an area about 1 to 1.5″ in diameter) of the tuberosity of the 5th metatarsal is very sore.
