7months ago i stood on a wooden pallet in work while unloading a delivery and the pallet snapped and my left foot & ankle twisted badly and became trapped , when i twisted my foot back to get myself out of the pallet i felt like a hot electric shock pain go through my foot , i left it untreated and carried on my day to day work , about 2months later i started having niggly achy pain at the end of the end and swelling around my ankle , now 7months on i can hardly walk on it and my pain is sometimes quite severe , ive been off work 6wks with it as i cannot stand or walk for long without pain , i have seen a foot surgeon and had a mri done which came back all clear he says but it showed inflamation around my ankle and also showed soft tissue ??
