Hello, At the beginning of Sept 2011, i managed to severely bruise both my heels after falling around 5ft onto concrete with thin shoes on. Due to this being the start of university, i was unable to sufficiently rest my feet, so i forced myself to push through the pain (with the aid of lots of Anti-inflams) for a few weeks
