Burning pain back of heel after hiking

Borrowing from admin: where does it hurt–back of heel (not the pad) how long has it hurt for–2 weeks (thought it was going away, worse now) how bad is the pain–no pain if not walking just tingling, burning pain while walking what were you doing when it started– after hiking in a gorge what have you done for it so far–tried to stay off foot, hot tub anything relieve it– non use what have you been told about it so far–N/A is it affecting your ability to work or play sport– Yes, can’t walk normally, let alone run do you have any other sorts of symptoms–not sure if related; leg cramps at night & some day time what country you are in–Canada
