accessory navicular syndrome with high arch

Posted on September 14, 2012 by admin

This my first bout with accessory navicular syndrome, and recovery was quick. I am a 53 year-old male and both feet have always had a prominent bump between the ankle and arch. Recently I started running up hill for exercise.
