First of all, I know that if I have any questions my first port of call should be my consultant; however I am more interested in the recovery and she says that they can only give me more information after the surgery. So any information/advice anyone could give me on the recovery time (I am aware that everyone is different) and how I will be getting around would be great? I have two type3 accessory navicular and I would like to be up and running as soon as possible
