Autoclave help!

Hello, My second hand eschmann little sister 3 autoclave has gone doolally and is displaying an error message ‘error 2’. My poor little instruments are now trapped, as I am unable to open the door….Anybody advise on how to rectify this problem, or suggest a good autoclave repair man..I’m based in SouthWales area..
