Big Toe problems

So I injured one of my toes when playing football a couple months back, around 2-3 months ago. A portion of the toe nail was stripped off, not a lot mind you but still. I payed no mind and put some polysporin cream on it after when the injury took place and left it alone. Seems like that was a big mistake. The toe nail isnt growing, or very slowly, around the toe is red and I think I spot a blue spot on the edge and the toe nail is of a noticeably yellow tint. Also, it doesnt hurt, which I’m…
