Big toenail ripped backwards but still attached…just

Hi, about a week ago, I kicked my left big toe on a motorcycle wheel and my toenail ripped backwards and was standing straight up, there was so much blood that i panicked and pushed the nail back down and strapped it up, I took the bandage off the next day and my nail has changed colour, and its weeping and bleeding from under the toenail, I am unable to wear closed in shoes…..what do i do?? šŸ™
