I mentioned this to George Flanagan here: http://www.podiatry-arena.com/podiat…6&postcount=11 In the USA there have been conferences designed for podiatric surgeons to enhance their knowledge of foot and lower limb biomechanics and moreover on the biomechanical effects of surgical procedures such that they may use this enhanced knowledge to better improve the long-term functional outcomes of their foot surgery. George was fairly positive regarding this and I just wondered if other UK based podiatric surgeons felt the need for such a meeting here in the UK?
