Bone contusion & 5th metatarsal pain. Help! MRI results

I’ve been having foot pain the last year or so due to an impact injury to the bottom of my foot and had a minor inversion sprain a couple months ago. I have moderate plantar fasciitis pain and cuboid/5th metatarsal base pain
