broken 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th metatarsals :( need advice! Please help!

So I was in a horrible car accident that I was lucky to walk away alive from, and it broke all five of my metatarsal bones. The doctor said their definitely needs to be surgery for 4 of them, one of them is going to heal on it’s own. I’m scared to death of this.
