Can anyone offer some advice on Peroneal tendonitis ?

I have been dealing with soreness in my left foot (right behind the fifth metatarsal or at the base of it) for months now. I know it was caused from golfing and improper footwork.

Can anyone offer some advice on Peroneal tendonitis ?

I have been dealing with soreness in my left foot (right behind the fifth metatarsal or at the base of it) for months now. I know it was caused from golfing and improper footwork. I need to work with my coach to correct this, but before I can do that I need to get my foot back to 100%.
