Just a question, can gout affect the tip of your big toe? I am not talking about where there are joints, but the actual very tip of the toe. I have very mild localised pain when I apply pressure to the tip of my big toe , the very end part of the big toe’s bone (well the meat covering the bone I mean) is tender and I was wondering if that was gout
