Cavus and ankle pain

Hello, I hope to explain clearly.I am Spanish; I have a patient to 6 year old with pain in both ankles, with increased Bimalleolar axis and second degree cavus , with rearfoot pronation in heel relaxed. I want treat it with a orthosis and I have doubt of how to control the shock of heel. Can anyone help
