im 32 years of age fixin to be 33 in Oct im starting too have a issue with my club fot on my right side its been locking up and hurting just wanted to know what i could do to help it stop hurting . i wear braces sometimes when it gets really bad . today i was driving and my foot locked up on me i was doing 45 in heavy traffic and had to put the cruse control on .
