Corrective surgery for talipes, in adulthood

Apologies if you have seen this post in paediatrics section, but realise now I should have created a thread for it: I have a patient in her late 40s who remains dissatisfied with the surgery she had in her 20s to correct the talipes deformity of her right foot.
