Could I have a hairline fracture?

Hi, I tripped and landed weirdly on my ankle four days ago, and it rolled out. It wasn’t too painful at the time, but I had to walk home on it, about a kilometer I would say. I put ice on it 3 or 4 times a day for 20 mins at a time for the next three days.
