Heya I’m after a 2nd opinion after going to the minor injuries centre today. I was told I’ve cracked my first metertarsal where it is clearly swollen! I had no treatment other than to be told to try and keep walking on it and elevate it when possible! The pain is unbearable and I’m struggling to walk is this right everywhere I read says I should have a boot on it to help it heal
