Declaratory Ruling Regarding Commercial Foot Appliances

I just stumbled on this ruling by the Connecticut Board of Examiners in Podiatry from late 2012 http://www.ct.gov/dph/lib/dph/phho/p…12-12-2014.pdf It was a hearing into the use of “arch supports” by retailers.
