Developmental hip dysplasia

Hi I would like to know if there are any other treatment options available for developmental dysplasia of the hip. The child was born in a frank breech position affecting the right hip more than the left. The child has an alpha angle of 56 degrees on the right that has not changed in 2 subsequent ultrasounds
