Diabetes education

I am interested in patient education in diabetes. I would be interested to hear from podiatrists about different methods of patient education that are carried out in their trusts. I am particularly interested in: the effect on the patients diabetes control the details/name of the method or education centers any comments the patients have made on the education offered
