Excruciating pain in the top of my feet

Hello, I work in retail and I am on my feet all day. About twice a week maybe, one of my feet will feel like the bones in the top of my foot are rubbing together! It is EXCRUCIATING!! I can’t walk, I can’t talk, I can hardly hold back a scream! Seriously! The pain may last about 30 seconds and I try to stretch my foot but when I take a step it happens again
