Hi all, Im just looking for a bit of advice from the private practioners. I set up a mobile round a few months ago (after many months of tryin for NHS job – not an excuse!) and today I was asked to send on a copy of a diabetic foot screen to a patients G.P from the patients diabetic nurse. This was not a problem (have done) but got me thinkin – should I be forwarding on copies of all my diabetic patients foot screens to their G.P.s or just when I’m asked to do so??
