hard skin under toenails

im new on here , but can anyone help me please and tell me what i can do to stop this .i have tried so many things .i have hard skin under my toe nails and its now pushin my nails from the nail bed and they really hurt . i always keep my nails short .but im willing to try anything please help thanks:confused:
