Help- Coupling 2 syringes!

Hi PA, I am struggling to find a device that couples two syringes (LA and corticosteroid) for injections without removing the needle from the target tissue. Our MSK GPs and Physios use large volume injections, and the new sharp safe needles have to be used. I’m sure there is some sort of Y-connector device out there which attaches to one needle and 2 syringes, but I cannot for the life of me locate them on the NHS online catalogue or access their proper name/code
